• Shipping Timeline: Tuber orders will not be dispatched before October, as we ensure each tuber has a visible eye before sending.
Due to biosecurity laws we are unable to send tubers to Western Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania.
• Quality Assurance: If your tuber arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise a refund or replacement. Contact with photographic evidence is required within 3 days of recieving product, after this time it is out of our control. While a dahlia care guide will accompany your order, please make sure to research your specific micro climate for best growing results.
• Customer Care: We genuinely want you to have a great experience with us. We will always do our best to make things right. If for any reason we are unable to ship specific tubers due to circumstances out of our hands, you will be notified and given a full refund or an exchange.
